This is an off-site activity.


The Eurasian community is a small but immensely influential ethnic group that has been present in Singapore since the early 19th century.

What many Singaporeans may not know is that the Eurasian community and its history was and still ubiquitous in the East of Singapore.

You will be accompanied by one of the Eurasian Heritage Gallery’s knowledgeable docents on this enriching experience through the
East Coast Road, Joo Chiat and Katong areas as he/she explains
the histories and oral traditions of the Eurasian communities
in these areas of Singapore.

Tour Itinerary
• Visit to St Patrick’s School and
East Coast Road
• A quick pass by to Parkway East Hospital
• Visit to Holy Family Church
• Visit to Eurasian Community House Lunch at Quentin's Eurasian Restaurant (1 bento set lunch provided. Menu: Curry Devil - contains chicken and pork, Pasteis de Bacalhau - cod fish cutlet, Parchri - eggplant, Steamed Rice, Sambal Belachan, Drink & a slice of Sugee Cake - contains almonds)

Need to Know:
• Meeting point: Dakota MRT station (Exit A) at 8.45am
• Ending point: Quentin’s Eurasian Restaurant
• Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before tour schedule
• A lot of walking needed, wear comfortable shoes
• Bring along a sweater or shawl for the visit to Eurasian Museum Tour
