Tai chi is an internal martial art. It develops the internal (mental or Qi) energy as opposed to external martial arts that emphasise physical strength such as Kung Fu.

Tai chi Yang style is a the most popular of the tai chi styles practiced today.
Focusing on large sweeping, graceful and slow movements, the Yang style allows people of all ages and fitness levels to start easily and continue to practice it safely to improve their health.

The aim of the class is to improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and internal energy.

Our instructor is Rose Ong, Duan 6 of the International Wushu Association and a Golden International competitor. Rose has been teaching for 17 years, specialised into the Yang style also sword and fan tai chi. She speaks both English and Mandarin. Rose will be teaching the 16 Steps Yang style.

Trial Lesson (based on class availability and only for 1st timers) $10+
