Why do I have to go for health screening?
Today, there is an increasing awareness on health and wellness, especially during this current COVID-19 pandemic. Apart from communicable infections, there are many other facets of health to consider. Our lifestyle, diet, genetics, exercise habits all have impact on our body.
Come and listen to Dr Grace Soo from Health Connexion, Farrer Park Hospital, unravel the mysteries of the health screening tests, age group and gender specific tests, and address your queries and concerns about your health.
About the Speaker
Dr Grace Soo received her medical degree from University of Toronto (Faculty of Medicine), Canada, in 1994. Dr Soo has worked as a General Practitioner in Singapore, in private and public sectors as well as large hospitals and small clinics, since 2001. Prior to that, she practiced family medicine in Toronto, Canada.
Dr Soo is passionate about educating patients about health matters, prevention of diseases, and optimising health. As a Health Screening physician, she actively identifies potential and existing health issues, based on lifestyle, family history, and occupational and recreational factors, and seeks to address these issues in a timely manner.
