Covid-19 Positive Cases Update - 7 October 2021
07 October 2021
Further to our notice on 3 October 2021, we would like to further update that all of our staff members have completed Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) swab tests and their results are known.
A total of eight staff members have tested positive. Five work in our kitchens, two are from the Security department and one is from our fruit machine facility. The affected employees are on quarantine in the designated Community Care Facility or at home. They did not enter the Club’s premises after their test results came back as positive.
All of our staff have been informed to monitor their health and watch for other symptoms.
Deep cleaning and disinfection of the Clubhouse have already been carried out. Our Housekeeping department continues to clean and disinfect the Clubhouse to ready it for re-opening.
For the safety of our members and staff, the Club has been closed since Sunday, 3 October 2021 and is on track to re-open on Saturday, 9 October 2021. B@Campo will re-open only on Monday, 11 October 2021.
As a precautionary measure, persons who have visited the Clubhouse from Thursday, 30 September 2021 to Saturday, 2 October 2021 should:
- Monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit; and
- See a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as a cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell; and inform the doctor of their exposure history.
- Check their phones to see if they receive a Health Risk Alert or Health Risk Warning, which is sent by SMS.
