Please be informed that renovation works at Basement 1 will commence on Monday, 5 May 2025. The affected facilities (highlighted in below illustration) - the swimming pool, jacuzzis, changing rooms and toilets inside the changing rooms will be closed. However, the hot and cold pools, gym, poolside cafe and esplanade bowl will remain in operation.

During this period, temporary shower arrangements will be in place. While the renovation works will start from female changing room first, the male changing room will be shut and ladies will be able to use the male changing room in the meantime.

Gentlemen may either proceed to the male changing room at the hot and cold pools, or temporary changing rooms converted from the Level 2 female and male toilets near the Billiard Room.

Please look out for signage at Level 2.

The towel counter at Basement 1 will also be closed, and members may collect towels from the current gym counter instead.

Additionally, renovation works for the new Barker Lounge (Level 2, former Lè Mansion) will begin on the same day.

The renovation works at Basement 1 is estimated to complete in 6 months duration. We will provide progressive updates on the status of the works.
