Application / Transfer procedure

Transfer fees are applicable for transfers of membership and the transfer fee is borne by the seller. A one-time admin fee of $500.00 (before GST) will apply for transfer of memberships, with effect from 1 November 2025.

Membership Category
Ordinary Members	$7,500 or 50% of the Transfer Price (whichever is higher)
Lady Members	$5,500 or 50% of the Transfer Price (whichever is higher)
Corporate Members	$13,500 or 50% of the Transfer Price (whichever is higher)

The Club will not facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. Members wishing to sell their membership must make their own arrangements

NEW ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP

Open to Singaporean/PR aged 21 years old and above.

Entrance Fee: S$15,000
Monthly Subscriptions:
Ordinary (principal member) : S$85
Family Lady/Gentleman: S$40
Family Junior (aged 12 to 21 years old): S$20
B&R Refundable Deposit: S$300
3 months advanced subscription

TERM MEMBERSHIP

Term Membership is an alternative form of Membership for expatriates whose stay in Singapore for a limited duration.

Entrance Fee:
- 1 year S$3,000
- 2 years S$4,000
- 3 years S$5,000

One-time Admin fee: S$500
Monthly Subscriptions:
Ordinary (principal member) : S$85
Family Lady: S$40
Family Junior (aged 12 to 21 years old): S$20
B&R Refundable Deposit: S$300
3 months advanced subscription

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

Open to legal established business entities incorporated in the Republic of Singapore with nominees. A minimum of two (2) persons aged 21 years old and above, and maximum of three (3) persons aged 21 years old and above may be appointed as nominees.

Entrance Fee: S$27,000
Monthly Subscriptions:
S$195 (minimum 2 nominees)
S$260 (maximum 3 nominees)
B&R Refundable Deposit: S$900
3 months advanced subscription
One-time Admin fee: S$500

VETERAN MEMBERSHIP

A dedicated membership that recognises long-standing members and grants continued Club privileges with no subscription fees.

Eligibility Criteria
Aged 65 or above
Has held Ordinary (Transferable) / Lady (Transferable) / Sporting Membership, or any combination of these, for a continuous period of at least 25 years Lady or Sporting Members must first convert to Ordinary Membership
No record of breaching the Club’s Constitution, Bye-laws, or regulations

An Ordinary (transferable) Member becomes eligible for Veteran Membership only after completing the transfer to an eligible transferee.

All fees listed above exclude prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).
