With effect from 6 November 2026, Members are required to present their membership cards at the Towel Counter (Basement 1) when collecting towels and locker keys.

This is an existing Club policy that helps safeguard Members' personal information and ensure accurate account transactions.

We also kindly remind Members to treat our staff with courtesy and respect as they carry out their duties.
